Commercial Applications

Our commercial applications include small to medium size cylindrical and rectangular condensers for industrial and cogeneration applications. DCF offers large main station power generations condensers (to over 500,000 sq. ft.) and condensers and heat exchangers for geothermal power plants. DCF has also fabricates process heat exchangers with pressures over 2000 PSI. We are currently working to expand our product base into speciality heat exchangers, process vessels and custom alloy fabrications in the Refinery and Petro Chemical industries.

DCF fabricates custom pressure vessels, condensers and heat exchangers in accordance with the following codes;

• ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1
• ASME "U" Stamp
• National Board "R" Stamp
• TEMA Standards, Class B,C, and R
• Heat Exchange Institute (HEI) Standards for Steam Condensers
• International Codes and Standards including the Pressure Equipment Directive
