Our commercial applications include small to medium size cylindrical and rectangular condensers for industrial and cogeneration applications. DCF experience includes large main station power generations condensers (to over 500,000 sq. ft.) and condensers and heat exchangers for geothermal power plants. DCF has also fabricated process heat exchangers with pressures over 2000 PSI and has experience with ASME “U” stamp and National Board “R” stamp equipment.
DCF fabricates custom pressure vessels, condensers and heat exchangers in accordance with the following codes:
- ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1
- TEMA Standards, Class B, C and R
- Heat Exchanger Institute (HEI) Standards for Steam Condensers
